The Christmas rush is over, what fun!

Not in the mood for pictures. I have been so bad this holiday season, life is finally slowing down!
The only time Sammy is still is when he is eating or sleeping, and don't count too much on the eating part!

Our curly mop, what a smile!

Love those Christmas Eve pajamas!
Here's my girls, all three of them, decked out in their holiday finery!

Seattle Fun

A few weeks ago when Kent went to London (sigh) I went to play with Robert and Susie. Susie is great for knowing how to play and have fun. I got to go to Pike's Market and the greatest thing was the beautiful flowers for sale, acre's of them. I also went to Mt. Rainier. It is the most beautiful mountain. I didn't get any good pictures of it far away, just freezing standing on the side, we only went up 8000 ft of the 14,000. It was 32 degrees and snowing. I love the house they have moved into. They have added their own touches to make it special. I especially loved the reading room upstairs. And Susie's porch is great. Seattle was at it's best, no rain, and the autumn leaves were amazing!

Say a Prayer

Our little Ashley has the swine flu. She is such a tiny thing, it is sad to see her sick. Please say a prayer for her to get well. We need her back showing her brothers who is the boss.

Vacation Finally

We made plans over a year ago to go to Disney World again. It's one of our favorite places. After waiting over a year it was hard to believe it was time to go. Kent left a week before for his Oracle Convention of which he is the Vice President of Finance on the Board. I joined him May 7 after all the meetings were done, I've gone before and been on my own while he was busy, but I would rather go with him, so I waited until the convention was finished. We stayed at the Wilderness Lodge this trip, patterned after Old Faithful Lodge in West Yellowstone. They even had their own geyser and hot springs. It's amazing to me how great Disney is at creating things. It was as if we were in the woods in the Lodge, not in the middle of Florida. The vegetation is so great there, when you are going down the man made river, you have the feeling you are alone in the wilderness. Two things were bad, it was hot, hot, hot and I really wished my grand kids were there to share it with us. When it comes to Mickey, we are just a couple of big kids. The food is just way too good everywhere. Our favorite dinner was at Cinderella's Castle with Fairy Godmother and the mice joining us. We were so ready to come home though, partying everyday wears you out!
